6. Disclosure of your personal information
We will not pass on your personal information to third parties other than internet marketing vendors that were selected to respond to a “Fix It Now” request, except in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Our storage of your personal information

If your membership with DMscore lapses, we will maintain your information for a reasonable period of time after it lapses to permit you re-establish your membership and maintain any benefits you accrued while your prior membership was in effect. . In some circumstances it may be necessary to retain your personal information to deal with any disputes. Your personal data will be stored on our backup system, which is kept in case of loss of data. It may be that where data is lost, the personal data held on you as part of our backup system is used to restore your account to its status before the loss of data. 10. Users under age 13
If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to register as a user of the DMscore Web site. A Note for Parents Concerning Privacy. DMscore is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. DMscore seeks to encourage children to consult with their parents before submitting their data.
